Gary Ganci
President, CEO
With 42 years in the industry (17 years working at PGE and 25 years as owner of CA Utility Consultants), Gary has successfully managed everything relating to dry utility design and coordination for his clients. He likes to believe he has seen it all, but these days he’s not so sure. What he is sure of is that he has assembled a deeply talented and diverse team that will ensure your projects are completed on time, every time.
Lemuri Flores
Project Manager
Lemuri was raised in Fresno, studied Construction Management at California State University, Fresno (Go Bulldogs!), and has worked in the construction industry since 2006. He spent 8 years at PG&E before joining California Utility Consultants in 2023. He and his wife have two amazing and energetic boys. He enjoys traveling with family, craft brews & coffee, and running with no headphones.
Les Ingle
Project Manager
Les is a U.S. Navy Vietnam era disabled Vet. He has a Master’s Degree from California State University, Fresno, and worked at PG&E for 23 years managing gas and electric installation jobs. He has been working with California Utility Consultants for the past 10 years as a project manager following his time at PG&E. Les enjoys playing bass guitar with his band in his spare time.
Hugo Aguilar
Senior Draftsman
Hugo works as a design draftsman and has over 25 years of experience under his belt. His experience is focused in the areas of utility gas design, mechanical engineering, and network engineering utilizing AutoCAD, inventor, Solidworks and 3D Studio Max software. He specializes in AutoCAD with a thorough knowledge of its programming languages which include Auto Lisp, Visual Lisp, Diesel, and VBA.
Steve Ford
Senior Engineer
Since earning his Mechanical Engineering degree from California State University, Fresno, Steve has accumulated almost 40 years of engineering experience ranging from working for the US Navy, PG&E, private manufacturing, and consulting firms. Over the last 24 years, he has enjoyed working with CA Utility Consultants to help bring commercial and residential projects online by developing dry utility infrastructure designs.
Gary Ganci Jr.
Project Manager
Gary Jr was born and raised in the Central Valley. He graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Micro, Cellular, and Developmental Biology with an emphasis in Anatomical Systems. He joined CA Utility Consultants shortly after graduation as a project manager and has managed the design and installation of PG&E gas and electric systems ever since.
Jeff Heidinger
Project Manager
Jeff started working for PG&E in 1979 shortly after receiving his degree in Biology and Chemistry from California State University, Fresno. At PG&E, he managed the installation of residential subdivisions and oversaw gas and electric service installations to large industrial and commercial projects for over 34 years. He retired from the PGE service planning and new business departments and has been with California Utility Consultants since 2018.
Taylor Ford
Engineer
Taylor graduated summa cum laude from California State University, Fresno in 2019 with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. He has professional experience in pressure vessel design, finite element analysis and computational fluid dynamics, and steel fabrication, as well as extensive experience in solid modeling and drafting. He is passionate about building engines, and spends his spare time restoring cars and trucks, welding, gardening, and hiking.
Phil Milam
Senior Draftsman
Phil recently retired from PGE after a 24-year career specializing in gas and joint trench composite designs before joining California Utility Consultants. He has extensive experience in all aspects of subdivisions, apartments, and commercial designs. Phil and his Wife have two amazing daughters, sons-in-laws, and four beautiful grandchildren. Family time is most important to Phil; he and his family enjoy spending time together camping and boating. Oh yeah… and he loves his Jeep.
